  • In Extremadura, one of the main Spanish region for processing tomatoes, the SAFE4TOM Operational Group has created a Blockchain solution for tomato traceability.
  • Global tomato paste trade has seen a slight decline this marketing year, with 3.834 million metric tonnes this year, down from 3.98 million tonnes last year.
