  • In Italy, the 2023 season was disrupted by bad weather in the whole country. In addition, foreign competition poses a threat for the Italian production.
  • SIG's target is to reach 90% fibre content in its aluminum-free aseptic cartons by 2030. 
  • In Italy, the region of Puglia was hit by hail. Tomato crop was affected but luckily the processing campaign was almost over.
  • In France, the TOMMATES project was launched at the Panier Provencal factory in Tarascon. The project aims for multiperformance of territories and systems.
