Italy, Filo Rosso del Pomodoro: program
For tomorrow's consumers, Conscious choices and purchasing habits
ANICAV, once again this year, is organizing the seminar “Il Filo Rosso del Pomodoro” dedicated to the tomato processing industry.
The event, which is now in its ninth edition, represents an important and awaited moment of meeting and exchange between the various partners of the industrial tomato supply chain.
The 2021 edition will take place in Naples, at the Stazione Marittima, on 2 December in mixed online and off-line mode and will have as its guiding thread the results of the study, conducted for ANICAV by SWG and Laboratorio Adolescenza, aimed at analyzing the level knowledge by young adults (18-25 years) of tomato products and the purchasing behavior of tomorrow's consumers.
