IFT-Inox Food Technology is glad to show the "POLPATRICE" machine at CIBUSTEC fair in Parma, currently the most efficient system for the production of tomato pulp from unpeeled tomatoes.

The units Polpatrice, Drainer and Mixfood will be exhibited at Booth No. M-018 in Hall No. 5. It will be possible to see these machines up close and understand the technology used.

The IFT staff will be happy to provide their knowledge for the configuration of a complete line for the production of these types of products.
