California: online public auction for the former Mizkhan plant

Auctioneers Rabin Worldwide and Harry Davis & Company will conduct an online public auction for the former Mizkhan aseptic tomato processing and packaging plant. The contents of the facility in Stockton, CA, will be on the auction block February 17 and 18, 2021.
Mizkan America, the company that operates the longtime tomato-processing plant bordered by Waterloo Road and D Street in east Stockton known for its Ragu and Bertolli pasta sauces, closed the plant in 2020, after the last of the 2019 harvest was completed.
Items available for bidding will include: diced tomato process & aseptic systems, Rossi Catelli & Fran Rica Paste evaporators, a food service Prep kitchen for #10 Can Products, a huge assortment of S/S Kettles, tanks & cookers, and an enormous selection of spare parts inventories. Bidding will be open to the public online.
