The Taste of Summertime…
 
 
Tomato Wellness Council (TPWC) has been hard at work creating a brand new website to host all of its recipes, farmer videos, science and nutrition and blogs. It has all come together in a really cool way, and TPWC hopes that you love it. The design is inspired by our animated short film: The Taste of Summertime! 
 
 
Come along with TPWC on this fun adventure into the tomato harvest! Thanks to a Specialty Crop Block Grant from the USDA, Tomato Wellness has created an animated short film that celebrates the community that supports and grows its tomatoes, while also showing the simple "process" that these vine-ripened tomatoes go through to get from the field to sealed in just a few hours. Based on extensive consumer research, it was reported that many people just don't understand where canned tomatoes come from and this film is a simple demonstration of this journey. Please help TPWC to share and promote this short film. 
 
About the TPWC
The Tomato Wellness Council leads the industry effort on scientific research. The council has identified more than 400 scientific studies that demonstrate the health benefits of a diet rich in tomato products.
