This year's edition of Il Filo Rosso Del Pomodoro, ANICAV's public assembly, is happening on the 3rd December in Parma (Paganini auditorium).

It will be the opportunity to talk about burning issues such as China's production increase, protection of the Supply Chain, management of water resources and price of raw materials.
It will be attended by representatives of institutions and government and the main players in the tomato processing sector and agricultural professional representation.
