Il Filo Rosso del Pomodoro 2026

Il Filo Rosso del Pomodoro, now in its fourteenth edition, is a day entirely dedicated to the tomato chain from industry and represents an important moment of comparison between the protagonists of the sector.

“Feeding growth: challenges and opportunities for the Italian tomato industry” is the theme chosen for this day during which a Strategic Report on the theme of finance for the growth of companies in the sector will be presented for ANICAV by TEHA Group – The European House Ambrosetti. The study will analyze the role of external capital, different forms of business finance and new ownership structures in the development of the sector. The presentation of the Report will be followed by a debate between the main players in the supply chain.
The event will take place on December 1st in Parma, at the Paganini Auditorium.
