Online seminar on organic tomato production in Italy

On March 2, 2023, at 15:00, a seminar will take place in online mode, organized by ANICAV, in collaboration with Isi Sementi, Rina and Xeda, for the presentation of the results of the fact-finding survey on organic tomatoes undergoing processing in 2022.

The meeting (in Italian) will be attended by Dr. Luigi Polizzi, Director General of the Directorate of International Policies and of the European Union of MASAF, who will take stock of the support measures envisaged for organic production by the new CAP 2023-2027 and other players in the supply chain who will examine some aspects of great interest both for operators and consumers such as, in particular, the commitment of research for organic tomatoes, the new defense strategies and the importance of organic certification.
