What we are today is the result of a long history that dates back 50 years ago with our founder, Tomás Guillén Martínez, who created the vegetable preserves factory brand El Amigo back then. Precisely, his daily work and the need to solve problems to keep production running allowed him to acquire his knowledge of the industry.
By fate, Tomás Guillén chose to use all the skills he had learned in his factory to help other food companies in creating their production lines, and thus the trade of used machinery we know today was born. All of this without losing sight of its origins and always looking towards a future of improvement.
So much so that in recent years, the majority of investments were allocated to the purchase of new facilities and equipment, enabling the sustained growth of the company. Today, we have 100,000 m2 of facilities, over 15,000 machines in stock, and new services such as the in-house manufacturing of new machinery.
