California 2019 Price Agreement

On 30 July, the CTGA announced it has agreed to USD 75 per short ton (Euro 74.17 per metric Tonne) with the following processors:
• Campbells Soup Company
• Los Gatos Tomato Products
• Ingomar Packing Company
• ConAgra Brands, Inc.
• Escalon Premier Brands, Inc.
• Neil Jones Food Company
• Mizkan America, Inc.
• Olam Tomato Processors, Inc.
• Del Monte Foods, Inc.
 
 
First Delivery Point
Late Season Premiums are as follows:
9/15 – 9/21 USD 0.00 per net ton
9/22 – 9/28 USD 4.00 per net ton
9/29 – 10/5 USD 8.00 per net ton
10/6 – 10/12 USD 12.00 per net ton
10/13 – end USD 16.00 per net ton
The rest of the terms are the same as 2018 Master Agreement.

As a reminder, CTGA reached agreement with Stanislaus Food Products at USD 75.50 per ton on May 30, and with the following Late Season Premiums:
9/15 – 9/21 USD 3.00 per net ton
9/22 – 9/28 USD 6.00 per net ton
9/29 – 10/5 USD 9.00 per net ton
10/6 – 10/12 USD 12.00 per net ton
10/13 – end USD 15.00 per net ton
CTGA will continue its discussions with the remaining processor.
