California 2018: Crop situation as of 11 August, projection to 18 August

The harvest continues in California. The weekly tonnage for week ending August 11, 2017 was 1,033,263 short tons bringing the total processed to date to 4,125,984 short tons (3,742,137 metric tonnes). 

Projected weekly tonnage for week ending August 18, 2018 is 1,131,745 short tons.
