What do Cepêra and Knorr have in common? First, the commitment to offer high quality products to its consumers, respecting sustainability in all its processes.
And now, both present a novelty: the unprecedented partnership for the launch of Knorr's new line of gourmet tomato sauces. Through a brand licensing model, all production, distribution and sale of products will be carried out by Cepêra.

 “Already recognized for its pioneering spirit in broths and seasonings, being a reference in flavor, Knorr is now breaking new ground in search of a greater role in Brazilian dishes, which contributes to the brand’s global ambition to put good food on seven billion dishes by 2025, in addition to strengthening the brand as an ally in the daily lives of our consumers”, concludes Rayssa Suzuki, New Business Manager at Unilever.

With the new line of Gourmet Tomato Sauces, the brand increases its presence in different shelves, reinforces its portfolio and offers the consumer a high quality option, with incredible flavor at an attractive price, in one of the ingredients most used by Brazilians in their recipes. The brand's movement is part of the strategy to make it increasingly present in new occasions of consumption, through products that make up the center of the dish, that are part of the Brazilian food routine and are widely used in the preparation of their recipes.

Cepêra was the company carefully chosen to be the official partner of the Knorr brand in the tomato sauce category in Brazil. According to Luciana Guernieri, Director of Customer Marketing and New Business at Unilever, the motivation behind this choice is the fact that Cepêra has been a reference in the Brazilian market for sauces and condiments for over 75 years. “The company offers high quality products to its consumers and has sustainability commitments that coincide with the values of the Knorr brand, in addition to having the expertise in this market, being the ideal partner for our expansion in this category”, says Luciana.

The products hit the markets at the end of February, in a line consisting of the three flavors preferred by the Brazilian palate: Traditional Tomato Sauce, Tomato Sauce with Basil and Pizza Tomato Sauce; all of them gluten-free and prepared with selected ingredients to bring superior flavor, high quality and practicality that have been part of Knorr's DNA for over 60 years.

In addition, the new products reach the shelves at a special time for Cepêra, which will bring, together with Knorr, more news to consumers who admire and trust both brands. “This is just the beginning of a partnership that will generate incredible results for both companies and, soon, more news will be announced”, says Decio Filho, CEO of Cepêra.
