Day One will take a broad look at the challenges and opportunities facing California’s food processing industry, featuring keynote speakers, industry experts, and engaging panel discussions focused on major industry pain points and emerging trends.

Day Two will offer attendees a choice of three half-day workshops, each providing an in-depth look at key compliance topics, regulatory developments, and practical considerations attendees can take back to their organizations.
