The Proceedings of the XVII International Symposium on Processing Tomato held in Budapest (Hungary) in June 2024 have been published.

The book collates 49 scientific articles describing the results of the research undertaken by more than 200 scientists covering many current issues and opportunities related to agricultural production, industrial processing, finished products, quality and health aspects of processing tomatoes which were presented during the symposium in Budapest.

Symposium speakers and selected congress participants will receive the electronic version of the publication, but it can be bought as a physical book or in an electronic format from ISHS for 88 euros (+ postage if applicable), with a 20% reduction for ISHS members.

Meanwhile, the call for papers for the XVIII International Symposium on Processing Tomato which will be held in Monterey in June 2026 in parallel with the 16th World Processing Tomato Congress is open until 15 February.
