The Proceedings of the 15th International Symposium on Processing Tomato, which was held in Greece in June June 2018, alongside the 13th World Processing Tomato Congress, have just been published by the ISHS.
 
The 260 page publication features 35 articles written by the scientists who presented their research during the symposium. The summary of these articles can be consulted on the ISHS website at: https://www.ishs.org/ishs-book/1233
