OI Pomodoro Centro-Sud: a call for tenders to promote European tomatoes in Asia

The campaign, which will last two years, is part of the Community policies for the valorization of agricultural products.
The activities covered by the mission include public relations management and media content creation, designing and maintaining an online presence via a website and social channels such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok, as well as the production of communication and promotional videos. There will be no shortage of face-to-face events, such as international trade fairs, seminars and cooking shows in restaurants, as well as specific in-store promotions. Each activity will be designed to comply with the objectives and expected results of the Community policy.
The overall value of the mission is estimated at EUR 865,811.48 excluding VAT. The deadline for delivery is 2 January 2025 at 16:00 (UTC+1). However, the opening of tenders will take place the following day, 3 January 2025, at 15:00, at the same location.
The contract will start on 1 March 2025 and will end after 24 months, with no possibility of renewal. Participation in the competition is open to all qualified persons and there are no specific restrictions. Part of the project funding comes from European Union funds.
