FBR-Elpo developed a complete line for Tomato Paste B.i.B. filling/emptying/cartoning

FBR-ELPO has been developing, for years now, a complete line to aseptically fill B.I.B bags (size 3-5-10-20 kg) with tomato in its many shapes (paste, diced, pizza sauce, ….) starting from product sterilization until cartons palletization.

The line thus includes product sterilization; filling, through its well-known aseptic fillers with a production rate up to 1,200 bags/hour; full bags introduction into drums or bins, and their further emptying; bags washing and blowing, with relevant check weighing and consequent selection; cartoning, using both American carton and wrap around method, to end with the final palletization. 

This line is having an extreme success in tomato industry, mainly for its ease-of-use and the possibility of reducing the manpower demand.
