EU: ETS and CBAM officially published
The EU Emissions Trading System (EU ETS) and Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) have been officially published in the Official Journal of the European Union after finalizing negotiations in the Council and the European Parliament earlier this year.
