Last week (w/e 29 July) a total of 844,215 short tons (sT, or 765,787 metric tonnes (mT)) were harvested, of which 72,916 sT (66,134 mT) were organic.
For the week ending August 5th, this number could increase at 999,000 sT (906,193 mT), bringing the total delivered to 2,875,319 sT (2,608,602 mT), which represent almost 25% of the total program.
Field department projects an estimated 1,083,000 sT (982,000 mT) to be harvested week the ending August 12th.
