The harvest in California is continuing to pick up pace with 759,230 short tons (688,762 metric tonnes) processed during the week ending 23 July, bringing the total to date to 1,116,541 short tons (1,012,418 metric tonnes).

A projected crop of 788,454 short tons (715,273 metric tonnes) was expected for week ending 30 July.
