Breaking News: Snow, hail and flooding hit California – in May!

 A blast of winter weather with heavy rain and hail have hit California over the last weekend. Sunday’s storm dropped 1.44 inches of rain on north Stockton in an hour; authorities reported flooding in parts of Sacramento and Stockton, after record rainfall.
