CCA: No plans to sell the SPC Ardmona business?

Coca-Cola Amatil is understood to have drafted in Swiss financial institution UBS to explore options for its canning business SPC Ardmona.
CCA has publicly indicated it has no plans to sell the business. However, experts understand the group would be a seller once the business is improved and a suitable buyer is found. It was swallowed by CCA following a 2004 takeover bid for a price close to USD 700 million. Now the operation has a carrying value of USD 156.3 million.
