Since 1913, University of California Cooperative Extension scientists, along with campus partners, have been helping make California the nation's leading agricultural state. The University of California's Division of Agriculture and Natural Resources links the people of California to their university through local expertise, nine Research and Extension Centers, and statewide programs such as Integrated Pest Management, 4-H Youth Development, and the UC Master Gardeners.

UCANR has produced a series of educational videos providing information about current production techniques and systems for a wide variety of crops and locations primarily within California, including Processing Tomato Production and Organic Processing Tomato Production.  The video series was produced as part of a project conducted for the California Department of Food and Agriculture’s Specialty Crop Block Grant Program and was intended to help prepare the next generation of workers in our State’s vast and very diverse production arenas.
