The new generation Navatta Group aseptic fillers combine advanced automation, versatility and hygiene to meet the needs of different applications and guarantee excellent performance.

The high level of automation allows: control and management of sterility of both the machine and the product, to manage user access and to save/export production data. The aseptic fillers are easily integrated into aseptic circuits, such as tanks, aseptic cellars and sterilizers and support pre-sterilization (SIP) and cleaning (CIP) via connected circuits (sterilizer or aseptic tank).

These machines can use various bag formats and types of nozzles and are available in different modular options to meet customer needs, while the products managed can have different viscosities, or contain pieces.

The filling heads are the same, with integrated electrical and pneumatic wiring on the head, the movement is vertical and electric; they are also suitable for filling "low acid" products. The entire machine is made of stainless steel, the electric motors are equipped with inverters and the automation system includes an industrial PC with Scada with unlimited TAGs.

The WebZero and WebOne automatic loaders offer innovative solutions: the WebZero loader allows a standard drum filler to work as an automatic web filler for small bags with a capacity of 3 to 20 liters; The patented WebOne automatic bag loader makes the single-head or double-head palletized drum filler unique in the world, thanks to the possibility of filling 220-liters drums without the need for an operator.

The aseptic heads are easily detachable from the structure and this allows the filling heads to be sent to Navatta Group for maintenance.
